Please be sure to bring your child’s insurance card to each visit. You are responsible for providing us with your child’s current insurance information so that we can accurately bill each office visit.

We are contracted with most of the major health insurance carriers, but it is your responsibility to confirm with your insurer that we are listed on your plan. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the terms of the contract between you and your insurance carrier. Some of the services we provide may not be covered by your health insurance and payment for these services are ultimately your responsibility. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions regarding insurance or payment plan options.

Please be aware we participate in only two MassHealth managed care plans. You must be a member of the MassHealth PPC Plan or Tufts Health Together to be a patient of Wholistic Pediatricians.

Co-payments or co-insurance are due at the time of your visit. Payments can be in the form of cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. All claims are submitted directed to your insurance company.

No shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50.00 charge after the second occurrence.
